Faggoted Fringe - Knittingfool Stitch Detail

Using a double strand of yarn, cast on 13 stitches to begin edging.

Repeat Rows 1 - 2 for the desired length of the edging, ending with Row 2. On the next row, slip the first stitch, bind off the next 7 stitches, draw yarn through and finish. drop the remaining 5 stitches off the needle and unravel them all the way down to the beginning to make fringe loops.
