pull 4 stitches over the yowith the left-hand needle lift the fourth stitch on the right hand needle and move it to the left over three stitches and the yo; drop it off the right-hand needle. Repeat the lift-move-drop motion with the third stitch on the right-hand needle; then repeat with the second stitch and then the first stitch.
