  Additional Instructions and Notes
 It's a little hard to describe. The part that seems unnatrual it is that row 13 is worked from the reverse side of the fabric. The cable needle is always held on the reverse side of the fabric. The instructions say to hold the cable needle in front or in back but since you have to turn and work back on another row before you knit from the cable needle, the concept of 'hold in front' or 'hold in back' can become confused.
