M1Make 1: increase one by lifting the running thread onto the left hand needle and knitting into the back of it
BC2pslip two stitches to cable needle and hold in back, k2, then p2 from the cable needle
FC2pslip two stitches to cable needle and hold in front, p2, then k2 from the cable needle
inck1, yo, k1 in the next stitch
k1-b, p1-bknit through the back loop to make a crossed stitch; worked as purl through the back loop on wrong side rows
