M1		Make 1: increase one by lifting the running thread onto the left hand needle and knitting into the back of it
BC2p		slip two stitches to cable needle and hold in back, k2, then p2 from the cable needle
FC2p		slip two stitches to cable needle and hold in front, p2, then k2 from the cable needle
inc		k1, yo, k1 in the next stitch
k1-b, p1-b		knit through the back loop to make a crossed stitch; worked as purl through the back loop on wrong side rows
FC1p		slip 1 stitch to cable needle and hold in back, k2, then p1 from cable needle
BC1p		slip 2 stitches to cable needle and hold in front, p1, then k2 from the cable needle
dec4		k3-tog, slip the next stitch, then knit a stitch. Pass the slipped stitch over the knit stitch and off the needle. Then slip the k3-tog loop over the knit stitch and off the needle
